We are a comprehensive wellness coaching, counseling and psychotherapy practice based in Ojai, California. This practice was founded in 2020 to provide women struggling in midlife with the tools they need to overcome their unique challenges. Over the last few years, the practice has expanded to include clinical interventions and holistic mental healthcare for all adults seeking healing and growth.
